We will gladly take back any product under the following conditions:

• All returns must be returned to us within 28 days and returned in the original packaging.
• Items that have been worn or damaged will not be accepted.
• CDs will not be accepted if they have been opened.
• All returns must be pre-approved and issued a Return Authorisation (RA) number.
• All packages must be prepaid. Please do not mail any packages C.O.D., as they will not be accepted.
• We suggest that you send your return by traceable carrier in the event that the package is lost.
• All returns will be credited to the original card used.  
  NOTE:  Any exchanges for difference in value will be adjusted accordingly on the original credit card used for purchasing.
